We Started Like Every Marketing Agency
When we started, dentists came to us for websites, SEO, Google Ads and that is exactly what we did. Many of those clients were happy and saw good results, but others came back saying things like, “I’m not seeing enough patients.”
On paper the marketing looked great: traffic, rankings, and clicks all went up. But some dentists still didn’t see the results they expected. So we dug deeper.

When a dentist told us they weren’t getting enough new patients, we asked, “How many new patients called you this month?”. The answer was usually, “I don’t know, we’re not tracking that.”
So we got to work building a system that tracked more than clicks and likes. We started tracking actual patient phone calls, so we could finally see how many clicks turned into callers, how many callers turned into appointments, and where the real bottlenecks were.

Dentists who believed they weren’t getting enough new patient calls were actually getting plenty of them. They just had no way of knowing because no one was tracking the calls.
The real problem started once the phone was answered. New patients were calling ready to book, but the way the staff handled those calls was turning them away.

Why Patients Don’t Book
Many of the patients calling were not being treated with the level of customer service the dentist thought they were. The staff often sounded rude or dismissive, almost as if the caller was bothering them. Questions were answered with short, unhelpful replies or even incorrect information. Callers were put on hold for long stretches of time.
It was a mess… and the dentists were shocked when they heard the recordings. So we asked them, “Would you honestly book here if this is how you were treated?”
